Location : The factory is situated at MIDC area, Tarapur, Boisor. Land and Building The company is having lease hold land in MIDC Tarapur of S-27 plot admeasuring 10000-sq ft. area. The factory Building has a built up area of 8000 Sq.Ft. The company has Firm R.C.C. framed structure with Kota flooring. The room partitions are made up of alluminium panels with imported glasses. The building is approved by FDA Maharashtra for manufacturing of Tablets, Syrup, Cream , Ointments , Lotions ,Ear drops ,Externals & Aerosols. Manufacturing Facilities Available for Following Products

• Aerosol
• Creams & Ointment
• Dusting Powder

The manufacturing is performed under the supervision of FDA approved qualified technical Person for respective department. Manufacturing sections are equipped with modern machinaries ,air conditioning and air handling units. Quality Control Lab Company has in house modern Quality control laboratory comprises of following sections :

• Chemical Section
• Instrumental Section
• Microbiology and Sterility Section

The Laboratory Analysis is Performed Under the Supervision of Fda Approved qualified Technical Staff. Storage Areas Storage Areas are Divided For :

• Raw Material Store with Quarantine
• Packing Material Store with Quarantine
• Finished Goods Store with Quarantine

Raw Material Store and Finished Goods Store are Fully Air Conditioned. Labour Welfare Facility We have separate Rest room for Ladies, Gents and Technical staff Security The company is being guarded by round the clock security personnel. Manufacturing Process The Company has its own R&D department which is equipped with Laboratory facilities as well as qualified technical man power. Research Work on development of newer formulations, processes and product is 0n going process. Transport MIDC Boisor is connected with the other leading destinations by road Approved transporters are available in Boisor like TCI, GPT, Betco, Patel Road ways etc. Utilities

• Power : Machines are connected with adequate power from MSEB. And at present there is zero power cut in MIDC, Boisar.
• Water : The water requirement for present and future is fully available at site from local MIDC authority as well as companys own Bore Well. Storage arrangements have been made to ensure 24hrs water supply to the factory.
• Effluent Disposal : The Company has obtained consent from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board.
• Arrangements Marketing and Selling : Company has a wide network of stockist and distributors in various states in the country. These distributions are supplemented by C&F arrangement. The Company is also in the process of increasing its share in the existing market as well as registering its products in new markets for Globalisation for exports. Our Company has already sent consignments to African countries .through merchant exporter.
